The Ashland Penguins readily handled Duluth-Superior Dukes by a score of 7 to
3 at Dodger Stadium.
 
Duluth-Superior was unable to climb back into it after Ashland went ahead for
good in the 7th inning when they came up with 2 runs on 2 hits.  The key
at-bat was by Alejandro De Aza who silenced the stadium when he clubbed a
two-run home run.  Ashland ended up with 13 hits for the game while
Duluth-Superior had 8.  
 
Dillon Gee(2-3) went 6 innings allowing 2 runs for the victory. Matt
Capps(1-1) was hit with the loss in relief.  He gave up 3 hits and 1 walk in
1 inning.
